This blogging stuff is weird. I don't know how I feel about it yet.

Into the Heavens
Recently I've been noticing a rather strange phenomenon. As the day progresses, and as the hours wax on, my gaze gradually shifts from the ground, to whatever lies in front of me, and ultimately ends up into the heavens. The question is why? It's only recently that this trend has begun too. Every time I am walking, however casually, during the night time, I find myself constantly looking up. I'm not too certain what I expect to see; there's a good chance that whatever I may be looking at is exactly the same as it was the night before (minus some ever-so-slight alterations in the orientation of the constellations and what not.) What's so fascinating about objects that lie hundreds and thousands of light-years away? Perhaps the big, gaseous balls vaguely remind me of some people I know, or that it represents a suppressed longing for that which I cannot attain. Regardless of motives, I think it's one of the least potentially-harmful things in which to be interested, The only immediate danger comes as a result of looking up...instead of forward (may create some problems in public areas or crossing the street.)
